ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
To be held on 5 December 2023, Samford Community Hall Board Room at 6.30 pm.
AGENDA
1. The presentation of the minutes of the previous meeting
2. The receiving of the statement of income and expenditure, assets and liabilities and of any financial instruments affecting the Club for the last financial year;
3. The receiving of the auditor’s report on the financial affairs of the Club for the last financial year;
4. The presenting of the audited statements to the meeting for adoption;
5. The election of officers and directors;
(2 nominations received to date – those being for Ian Ruffles - Treasurer and Bob Millar – Director Service Projects);
6. The appointment of an auditor next financial year;
7. Any other duly notified special general business – As no other general business has been duly notified the AGM will conclude after the appointment of Auditor.
