Tuesday 7 December, 2021 at 6:30 pm for 7.00 pm at the Samford Community Hall Meeting Room.
Agenda of the Meeting
Receiving of the statement of income and expenditure, assets and liabilities and of mortgages, charges and securities affecting the Club for the 2020/2021 financial year
Receiving of the auditor's report on the financial affairs of the Club for the 2020/2021 financial year
Presentation of the audited statement to the meeting for adoption
Election of officers and directors for the 2021/2022 Financial Year
President
Treasurer
Secretary
Director Community Service
Director Foundation and International
Director Membership and Public Relations
Director Youth
Director Club Administration
Appointment of an auditor; and
Any duly notified special general business.
At the conclusion of the AGM the meeting will be open for other Club business.
